- In case collection proves necessary, Client agrees to pay legal or third-party involvement fees and late payment penalty.
- All applicable taxes will be levied as per actual.
- During the performance of services and for twenty-four months thereafter, neither party may solicit the other's employees without prior written approval.
- Neither party may assign, delegate or subcontract the agreement without written consent, subject to the stated exceptions.
- Client represents that all materials supplied for the website are owned by Client or that Client has permission to use them.
